About me

Hi! I’m Miranda, a program manager and seasoned wearer-of-many-hats based in the Bay Area. I help teams find clarity and get things done.

I like untangling complicated problems and figuring out how to make things run smoother. Often that means knowing when to lead, when to support, and when to simply listen.

I think the best work happens when empathy shapes the strategy and collaboration drives the follow-through. For me, it’s not about controlling every detail — it’s about creating clarity and connection so people can do their best work.
Approach
How I work
01
Align on purpose

When teams are clear on why the work matters, everything gets easier. I help align on purpose: who it’s for, what success looks like, and how we’ll get there together.

02
Listen first

I don’t rush to solutions. I start by listening, taking time to understand the challenges, the wins, and the needs. That way, the path forward is thoughtful and effective.

03
Avoid silos

Successful programs are built through strong cross-functional partnerships, not silos. Collaborating with other teams helps ensure relevant and useful outcomes for everyone.

04
Communicate

Clear communication drives success. I keep stakeholders in the loop and create space for open feedback, so everyone stays informed and engaged.

05
Adapt and act

The best solutions aren’t always perfect, they’re adaptable. I build in flexibility so we can adapt without losing momentum or focus on the end goal.

06
Improve together

Moving forward is more than just checking boxes. It’s about analyzing what’s working, overcoming what isn’t, and improving together.

Values
What guides me

Inspired by The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, these are values I try to carry with me — in how I work, communicate, and show up for others (and myself).

01
Be impeccable with your word

I care about using words in a way that’s respectful and real, yet thoughtful and kind. Words carry weight, and it matters to me that people feel respected and heard.

02
Don’t take anything personally

It’s easy to take things personally, but I do my best to pause and get perspective. Everyone’s moving through their own challenges, and remembering that helps me stay grounded and focused on what really matters.

03
Don’t make assumptions

I’ve learned that intuition can be insightful, but assumptions close doors. I try to avoid assumptions by asking questions, checking the facts, and making space for ideas that might not look familiar at first.

04
Always do your best

I take pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong attention to detail. I lead by example, setting a high bar and helping others do their best in collaborative, accountable environments.

A little more about me

I’m originally from Seattle, but after living in the Bay Area for a while, it feels like home.

I'm a left-handed libra dog, if it's useful to know.

I like to travel. Lately, I recently started scuba diving; it’s been an incredible experience and a whole new way to explore.

I care about health and wellness, sustainability, and systems that support the overall well-being of everyone sharing this planet. Being in nature helps me de-stress.
